I bumped into Counselor Elder Vengance in Vesper bank. I hadn't
seen the new black outfits before.
I'm not sure whether he is an Elder Counselor named Vengance, or a Counselor named Elder Vengance. I would think that with all the traveling he does, a GM should give him some shoes. |
